What can be done with a historic grade 1 garden building, designed by Sir John Vanbrugh? A two bedroom property was designed within its walled garden utilising the garden building as its entrance and forming a further two bedroom property on the opposite side.
Hardy Associates project managed the construction works following a detailed condition survey - the latter being for the benefit of English Heritage. During the construction, we certified the stage payments for the development finance bank as they progressed. Final certification of the project was supplied on completion enabling the client to gain an appropriate mortgage for this very unusual property. |
